Motivated students from Germany have the opportunity to apply for a place in our guest student program and join DSKL school life. This option will be provided for grade 10 with an aspired intermediate school leaving certificate or the entitlement to transfer to the qualification phase of the gymnasiale Oberstufe (upper Secondary I school) AND for the two-year attendance of the upper school (Secondary II) to take the Abitur.

Guest students benefit from spending time at a German school abroad in an English-speaking environment, learning about life in a region that is becoming increasingly important to Germany, developing intercultural competence, deepening their language skills, and at the same time being able to continue their respective school careers without delaying the German degree they are seeking.

Every year there is a chance that we will award full and partial scholarships among the applicants for the two-year high school residency.

Accommodation: Host students are accommodated in our supervised shared apartments.
