Building

The German school is a beautifully renovated building to which a new wing has now been added. It has a full complement of games facilities and is located in a cul-de-sac next to a sports field.

Air-conditioned classrooms, fully-fitted science laboratories as well as art and music rooms, a school library and a well-equipped computer rooms ensure academic excellences.

The sport lessons are held on the sports field as well as in the gymnasium. Swimming lessons take place in a public swimming pool nearby. During the school breaks students can play basketball or volleyball and football in specially marked fields in the schoolyard.

The DSKL has an excellent collection of teaching materials, schoolbooks and equipment. For the years 1 – 4 there is an ample access to modern materials for individual and group projects.

All the rooms are equipped with made in Germany chairs and tables. The DSKL has a special interest in encouraging a keen reading habit.  The school library has a collection of some 3.700 books covering a wide range of subjects for all ages.
